Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

1. Service Description

SEAR provides website search, directory, indexing, ownership verification, and related services. We do not guarantee that any website will be listed, ranked, or permanently available within the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

Users may not submit unlawful, harmful, malicious, fraudulent, phishing, spam, or copyrighted content without authorization. Users may not impersonate website owners or abuse the platform.

3. Website Submission

By submitting a website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to submit the website. SEAR reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any submission.

4. Website Verification

Ownership verification only indicates that a user can control a website. Verification does not imply endorsement, approval, or guarantee of the website's content or services.

5. Administrative Rights

SEAR administrators may modify website data, categories, rankings, keywords, verification status, or remove websites and accounts without prior notice.

6. Search Results

Search results may be ranked based on relevance, verification status, score, region, language, popularity, and other factors. SEAR does not guarantee complete accuracy or completeness.

7. Third-Party Websites

SEAR may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or services provided by third-party websites.

8. Intellectual Property

The SEAR platform, branding, design, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Publisher Revenue

Eligible verified publishers may receive a share of cleared advertising revenue based on qualified search referrals. Dashboard figures are estimates, not guaranteed balances. Duplicate, automated, incentivized, self-generated, or otherwise invalid traffic may be excluded. Payment thresholds, schedules, currencies, fees, tax requirements, and revenue rates may change before a payout is approved.

10. Automated Indexing

By verifying and listing a website, its owner authorizes SEARWEB to periodically retrieve public pages, feeds, and sitemaps for search indexing. Publishers remain responsible for their content and may request indexing to stop. SEARWEB may suspend crawling when a site signals noindex, becomes unavailable, or presents a security risk.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. SEAR does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEAR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

SEAR may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication.

14. Contact
